We currently have an opportunity for a Solutions Engineer responsible for supporting business requirements and strategy relating to Image Capture, Document Management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) suite of applications. If successful, you will be considered a key contributor to developing solutions for complex document management projects, which includes multiple sites and complex workflows with a focus on end-to-end content management. You will be the technical lead with a strong architecture background for the image capture and ECM global product suite. To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes: - Significant business process, integration, development or information management experience. - Strong working knowledge of Image Capture and Enterprise Content Management solutions. Knowledge of Kofax essential. Alfresco and Hyland OnBase experience would also be advantageous. - Understanding of compliance standards such as PCI DSS, FISMA and other regulations. - Experience working in a Business Processing Outsourcing environment is highly desired. - Experience dealing with business processes and systems used globally is highly preferred. - Bachelor`s degree, Master`s in Business or Computer Science a plus. - Experience operating as a project manager with conversion of physical to digital documents, business processes, and storage and archiving solutions is a plus. - Experience with records management, government, health, finance, insurance or other regulations regarding document management is a plus.
