Job Description
The Operations team provides specialist support to both customers and colleagues in the management of exceptions to business critical processes to maximise customer satisfaction and experience. The operation is focused on 8 key services: Account Opening: Account Closing: Account Maintenance and Servicing: Bereavement and Vulnerability, Account Switching, Customer, Regulatory and Industry Body Data Provision and Customer Data Verification What will you be doing? Supporting the Business Transformation team and operations to identify and execute improvements to the customer journeys, removing waste and driving efficiencies. Support the creation of the Operation of the future, promoting and implementing digital innovation to improve the customer journey. Complete reviews across the customer journeys in the operation to drive efficiencies and identify the value to the customer. Completing operational designs and documenting requirements for both operations and technology. Champion the paperless agenda in the operation, actively looking for opportunities for digital innovation. Complete business cases as appropriate to demonstrate the cost benefit ratio for funding required to deliver improvements. Analysis of customer insights including complaints analysis and NPS in order to identify areas for improvement. Take ownership for managing updates through the team, capturing the benefits cases accurately. Potential Team Leader responsibility. Be flexible and adaptable to changing demands and be willing and able to pick up new tasks when Required. What we're looking for: Experience of working in Operational environments. Previous Change Management experience Degree of organisational awareness and how to get things done. Ability to operate, communicate and challenge at senior leadership level. Communication and presentation skills. Problem solving / decision making skills Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Visio Skills that will help you in the role: Planning and organising skills. Working knowledge of Lean Methodology Where will you be working?
