Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the Site Optimisation and Testing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the execution of the ecommerce strategy, ensuring that all conversion targets are achieved. The successful candidate will also be required to manage and develop all brand site conversion opportunities in order to optimise site and category demands. The business is looking for an individual with a strong commercial acumen and fantastic project management skills. Someone with a strong understanding of variant testing tools including Google Analytics would thrive within this role. The Main Responsibilities of the Site Optimisation and Testing Coordinator: Plan, create and oversee a targeted brand site optimisation plan which incorporates all devices and ensure that it optimises all conversion rates. Work with the conversion rate optimisation team and generate new ideas and requirements which maximise conversion rates. Continuously aim to improve the customer journey by utilising promotions and personalisation. Conduct regular analysis and produce detailed reports to monitor demand and conversion metrics across customer segments. Ensure that performance is maintained by providing insightful recommendations. Offer assistance to the digital team by ensuring that all traffic objectives are met. Manage and mentor team of Executives, making sure that all department work is of the highest standard. The Key Skills and Attributes of the Site Optimisation and Testing Coordinator: Previous experience working in a similar role is essential Proven track record of successfully optimising websites in line with targets Solid understanding of A/B testing, Google Analytics and other testing tools Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in an eCommerce environment or with eCommerce clients
