Job Description
Our International Client based in Staines Upon Thames urgently requires an experienced Global HR Programs Analyst to join their HR Talent team for a minimum period of 6 months. Role: As a Global Talent Care Programs Analyst you will be responsible for driving key technology and process improvements related to the Global Time Off program and policies. This position will focus on streamlining the time off experience for employees and ensuring operational excellence at scale across 26 countries. By ensuring excellent partnerships across the Global Talent team, you will identify issues, conduct bench-marking, develop solutions and present recommendations. Responsibilities: * Analyse existing technology build for time off plans and benchmark against statutory requirements and policies * Document process steps, collect business requirements, identify process gaps and present solutions for improvement * Deliver best-in-class recommendations that improve the time off experience for employees, and ensure effective and efficient operational execution * Partner closely with stakeholders across Global Talent * Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure a smooth experience in the Time Off tool - Workday Skills: * 2+ years working in human resources * Strong analytical skills and an eye for business * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience improving complex business process flows * Outstanding MS Excel experience - v-look-ups, pivot tables * Superior organisational skills; results-focused with superb execution and follow through; highly detail-oriented * Efficient, highly priductive muti-tasker; proactive and flexible; thrives in a fast paced environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information Preferred: Previous experience working in the 'Time Off & Absence' space across multiple geographies Education: HR/Business Qualification or Bachelors Degree Interested?
