Your Opportunity * Education Project Manager, Digital Marketplace & Portfolio Innovation, working from home UK. * This position is currently working from home in the UK, but in the future it will be required to spend a proportion of time in either Central London or Harlow office. * Permanent & full-time working 37.5 hours per week. * Salary up to 45,000.00 depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity to take a central role in our innovative and expanding Pearson Online Learning Services (POLS) UK division. We work with world-leading universities and partners throughout the UK to take their qualifications online, enabling them to reach global audiences in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead on implementation our newest initiative; UK Learns. UK Learns provides a personal development lifeline to millions of furloughed workers through the provision of hundreds of online courses that deliver a wide range of qualifications and certificated programmes leading to better job and career prospects. Our goal is to build the world's leading source for high-quality, recognized learning experiences that support career progression. You will report to the Head of Partnership Operations and will be responsible for overseeing operational delivery, implementation, and growth of the UK Learns platform. You will also work closely with the Director, Digital Marketplace and Portfolio Innovation to organise UK Learns activity across multiple workstreams. This role will involve managing stakeholders in technology, government relations, user-experience, marketing and communications, research and other departments to ensure productive working relationships. You'll need to track shared objectives and progress toward these objectives, holding workstream leads and other stakeholders accountable for on-time delivery. This includes mastering business tools like Smartsheet and Lucidchart to support this work. You will be involved in crafting key processes and protocols related to partner relationships, commercial performance, site development and other aspects of UK Learns work, as well as documenting these processes for future reference. The role will include supporting, influencing and engaging in decision-making by providing historical context and supporting information and by actively identifying and eliminating barriers to efficient decision-making. As Project Manager, you will lead on all aspects of operational delivery for UK, therefore you'll act as the primary point of contact for UK Learns on operational considerations. You will identify and resolve any ongoing live operational issues that are having a negative impact on our ability to acquire and retain students. You will lead on defining and documenting any policies, processes and procedures.
