Job Description We are recruiting a Director - Manufacturing, Science and Technology to provide specialist knowledge and expertise, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), of aseptic pharmaceutical processes and process technologies. You will work with the with all the sterile sites/regions in order to strengthen the introduction of sterile new products, to increase knowledge within the site and to help in reducing compliance risk and building best practices across the Aseptic network with TEVA TGO. Key Responsibilities: + Own the knowledge of Aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing process technologies at platform level, including any pilot scale, scale up or down, and Design of Experiments (DoE). + Act as the Network SME for the interface with Local and global MS&T network and with technical development organization to define and implement new technical standards for existing and new technologies and equipment. + Be a recognized scientific expert internally and externally by reporting and presenting scientific/technical work at internal/external meetings/conferences and publish in peer reviewed international scientific journals including patents. + Support/build a formal TGO Hand in Hand process in sterile division which will be followed to ensure robust processes/ designs, ensuring the knowledge and know-how is transferred successfully from the network to the commercial manufacturing sites + Support sites in trouble shooting / root cause investigation by providing second level of specialist expertise as SME and by harmonizing and optimizing related technical processes across the units. + Provide expert technical support in aseptic manufacturing, validation, new technologies and sterilization; facilitate IQ, OQ and PQ equipment and process qualifications upon request. + Identify and drive opportunities for improvement, making constructive suggestions to improve process effectiveness, product quality and operating efficiency. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills + Minimum degree qualified in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree + Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written + Extensive experience working in GMP manufacturing - relevant to the specialist area of expertise + Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects). + Ability to influence andbuild cross-functional teams while setting clear business objectives + Demonstrated leadership and technical experience Function Manufacturing Sub Function Technical Transfer Already Working @TEVA?
