We are looking for Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the product marketing strategy for the Amazon Appstore on Fire TV. In this role the Sr. PMM will collaborate with product/tech, business development and marketing leadership to identify and develop new customer facing features and to influence the product roadmap. The role blends aspects of B2C marketing, product management and performance marketing and entails a deep understanding of on-device consumer behaviour and passion for creating world class customer experiences. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and lead the strategy for Amazon Appstore on Fire TV. As a Sr. PMM, you will build and execute a strong marketing plan to drive content downloads and customer engagement. You will evaluate growth opportunities based on industry trends and internal data, being responsible for the P&L. You will build integrated marketing strategies to drive growth of top entertainment content, working with internal and external partners to bring these campaigns to life. You will also work in collaboration with the devices marketing, product marketing, finance and advertising teams on approaches to market Fire devices, develop new features and nurture new audience segments. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will develop data driven insights to conceptualize new product features which enhance the 3P app discovery and subscription onboarding experience on Fire TV. The ideal candidate possesses a depth of experience across UX interaction design, performance marketing, business analysis and product development. The successful candidate will establish themselves as a subject matter expert on user behaviour trends and leverage insights to influence product road map priorities and business requirements. In this role, they will develop businesses cases, evangelize new concepts and gain alignment from senior leadership within Amazon and externally with our app developer partners. He or she must be comfortable driving high level business decisions, thriving in ambiguous situations, collaborating with others, and building things from scratch. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record for leading successful marketing programs across multiple touch points. The position will be based in Amazon's UK office in central London.
