Farm Worker Required ASAP Lenwade - NR9 Full time work, initial 3 month contract! Pay rate: £9.19-£18.38/h Robertson Recruitment are looking for a Farm Worker to work for one of our prestigious clients in Lenwade on a full time initial 3 month fixed term contract. The Farm Worker role would involve but not limited to: * To proactively maintain poultry to a high standard * Ensuring that the live stock has ready access to fresh water; has appropriate environment; are free from pain/injury/disease; are provided proper facilities and company of the own kind, also a diet to maintain full health * To observe all hygiene rules, this includes personal hygiene, hand washing, boot dipping/changing and the wearing of all protective clothing * To strictly adhere to all bio-security rules * To collect and record egg collections neatly and accurately * Maintain house hygiene, dusting, light fitment cleaning, sweeping up, friable litter and clean boot-dips, keep the farm clean and tidy * Adhere to all Farm Health and Safety rules and procedures * Other tasks as per the managers` requirements within the candidate`s capacity The ideal Farm Worker candidates would: * Have relevant experience working as a farm worker and dealing with live stock (desirable) * Be able to work individually under minimal supervision as well as working as a part of a team * Have a great eye for details and a high level of accuracy * Have good level of English * Be numerate and literate * Have excellent timekeeping * Have a positive attitude towards work * HAVE ACCESS TO OWN TRANSPORT (ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION) Benefits: * working hours are variable between 06:00-16:00 (depending on company needs) on a 6on/2off rota (6 days work in a row, 2 days off) * the pay rate is £9.19-£18.38/h * private health care with dental plan included * life insurance * yearly attendance bonus (up to £820/year depending on basic hourly rate) * full training provided * family orientated company * 24 days + bank holidays annual leave entitlement (pro-rate) If you think you`re the right person for the role apply now!
