The Enterprise Sales Manager COLLABORATIVE | STRATEGIC | INNOVATIVE Cloud training start-up seeks experienced SaaS Sales Manager and Leader, for our Enterprise Account Executive team, focused on net-new sales. Julian Wragg, Head of EMEA As the Enterprise Sales Manager at ACG, you'll get to: * Build, lead, manage and coach a high-performing sales team, covering an expansive (and green) market * Provide the sales team with ongoing training, coaching, product information and individualized paths for progression * Contribute to the creation of an outbound playbook constructed specifically for our EMEA office We are looking for someone who can: * Achieve growth sales targets, expand client-base and optimise operational KPIs * Manage and grow a team of Senior Account Executives, providing support as well as * Conduct regular pipeline reviews to provide accurate forecasting visibility whilst identifying areas for improvement What you bring to the table: * 2+ years' experience managing a closing team in the SaaS space (subscription-based products a plus * 5+ years' experience performing as an Individual Contributor in quota-carrying SaaS sales roles * Proven experiencing developing, coaching, and mentoring teams at an Enterprise level * Experience building value-based sales strategy / processes and executing on that strategy * Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business More than a job Where you work isn't just a career decision -- it's a life decision.
