Job Description
The Client: My client is a Not for Profit based in central London who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to help them build & maintain their Technology across the business. The Service Desk Team plays an essential role in providing all people of the business with stable and reliable IT environment they require. What we are looking for: You will be an experienced customer focused IT service desk analyst with great troubleshooting skills and the ability to get to the heart of problems while delivering an outstanding service. As a service desk analyst, You will have a good understanding of how systems work together to provide rapid and friendly answers to queries your customers may have. What you need to be successful: You will have experience of working on a service desk and using a service management tool. You will be a strong team player always keen to help out, share knowledge and can demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm and a real passion for delivering high standards of customer service at all times. You'll have a keen eye for detail and will be able to look at a problem and identify a solution or think of new ways to tackle it. You'll need to be flexible, willing to adapt and show the potential to quickly grasp a range of processes and procedures. Experience Required: * Experience of working in a busy customer service environment ideally on a technical service desk supporting a high number of users * Working in a busy and changing environment - caring about achieving results as a team while being flexible, resilient and enthusiastic. * Able to accurately log, progress and resolve service calls using an ITSM tool, following processes and procedures. * Strong verbal and written communication skills: communicating in a straightforward and approachable way - you'll be dealing with colleagues at all levels across the organisation. * Charity experience will be an advantage.
