BI, Analytics Development Manager - London, UK - up to 72,000 Are you a talented Analytics Development Manager, with reporting skills looking for a new exciting opportunity to work for a great company. The Role * Develop ETL processes, statistical analyses, machine learning models and dashboards which aid and support strategic commercial decision making * Take ownership for your projects, providing structure, clarity and regular proactive updates to the relevant stakeholders and leadership teams, including potential risks and proposed mitigation actions to avoid roadblocks * Be creative in leveraging new data sets and creating new sources of insight to help solve our toughest commercial problems and make tangible recommendations to the business * Generate new ideas that could be applied to our work by keeping abreast of emerging technologies and approaches employed across the wider market * Develop great relationships across Trading and Commercial Strategy teams to understand their needs and commercial challenges * Ensure each new report and tool has sufficient communication and training to embed into day to day usage by target colleagues. * Build and sustain a high performing team, ensuring colleague engagement and performance through effective talent planning, recruitment and development Technical Skill-Set * SQLSQL: to disparate data sources into the Data Lake, coding experience * ETLETL: create structured data within the Data Warehouse, AlteryxAlteryx, SSIS * SSISTableau: create and release the reports the business needs (or Power BI, or Qlik)Qlik * Report: create, improve quality * Stakeholder management / customer facing Culture * Laid Pack, but Fast Paced * Work-life balance * Rewarding * Strong work ethics * Enthusiastic Benefits Package * Health care * Pension * Birthday Day Off * Plus much more This is the brief description of the role, for the full information, simply apply to the role and I will call you to discuss.
