Job Description We are looking for a motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Global Project Manager to manage projects of new production abilities in the Runcorn manufacturing site. The role is part of Teva's Global Engineering Department with exciting opportunities for growth and development on a global level. The Project manager will manage and execute complex industrial construction projects in accordance to the company standards and procedures and will have sole responsibilities of project management including lead, coordinate and consolidate the effort for all project phases and serve as one point of contact for all project issues. Main duties and responsibilities: + Plan, manage and control up to date project budget and schedule + Manage project SCOPE as well as the change control process. + Manage local, global project teams. + Manage international, multidisciplinary stakeholders. + Lead ongoing project risk analysis as well as mitigation plan. + Lead the Project engineering activities such as design, equipment selection, installation and Qualification, utilities planning, etc. + Lead Weekly project team meetings and action items follow up. + Present the project status and escalate issues to a steering committee on a monthly basis.projects periodic reports. + Being the first escalation path for project team members. + Cooperate and consolidate with similar projects. + Leading continuance improvement process through Lesson & learned sessions. + Taking part in internal department projects, as well as building processes and global guidelines. Qualifications + University degree of Engineering, Mechanical/ chemical/ industrial Engineering, Project Management, or relevant to the position Knowledge, Skills and Experience + Proven experience and expertise as a Project Manager of Industrial Construction projects - ideally within the Pharmaceutical Industry + Excellent communication skills both written and spoken + Exceptional project and people management skills + Excellent negotiation and communication skills + Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a global environment + Creative, proactive and solution orientated attitude + Willingness to manage projects in any global location in TEVA network or future new locationsand travel abroad as needed (approximately 50% travel) Function Engineering Sub Function Equipment Maintenance Technical Specialty Closing Date For Applications Friday 20th March 2020 Already Working @TEVA?
