Citi enables clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edge ideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity. **The role:** BCS Third Party Risk Management is responsible for the governance and oversight of Third Party Risk Management across the following front office businesses: Markets and Security Services, CMO, Institutional Client Analytics, Holdings LTAG. Role: Business Risk Officer is responsible for the ownership and management of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) requirements related to an assigned set of suppliers and/or third party relationships (traditional, non-traditional, internal). For the assigned set of third parties and/or relationships, the BCS TPRM is responsible for: 1) all aspects of the third party life cycle (planning, due diligence, contracting, on-going monitoring, and termination) through completion; 2) ensuring compliance with Citi-related TPM policies and standards; 3) ensure appropriate risk mitigation activities are taken to address potential or existing risk; 4) provide ongoing briefing to all the constituents **Responsibilities:** Liaise with the TPM Utility and procurement, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation activities are performed Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of TPM-policy requirements and activities required to manage financial, operational, information security, continuity of business, records management and other risks Perform applicable third party due diligence and on-going TPM activities, ensuring that policy requirements are understood and appropriate risk mitigation activities are undertaken to manage existing or emerging risks Assess the effectiveness of the current TPM practices for the front office businesses against policy and standard requirements; identify and report gaps / issues to BCS management, and recommend enhancement opportunities (process, tool, resources etc.) Support the reporting and tracking of applicable third party risk-related metrics and data to BCS TPRM program management Monitor assigned third party(ies) relationships compliance to applicable Citi policies and standards, and escalate TPM-related issues to the appropriate management within BCS Ensure training and awareness of current policies and standards, and provide consistent interpretation of policies Other Third Party risk governance duties with other parallel risk programs, as needed (CoB, RM, MCA, IS) **Qualifications:** We are looking with candidates with strong relevant experience for the role Front office business knowledge Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to senior management Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels Risk management background Strong problem solving skills Ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities Ability to work independently and effectively in a large, global corporate environment Strong influencing, facilitation, leadership, relationship management skills.
