Job Description
We have a permanent opportunity for a Slitting Machine Operator to work for a busy printing company in the Telford area. Working a three-shift system, Monday to Friday with overtime available and paid at premium rates. Your main responsibilities will be to confidently and proficiently operate the slitting machine as part of the secondary print environment whilst adhering to the Health & Safety regulations and upholding the companies' quality standards. Your role will include ensuring that all products produced are to customer specifications and will meet with quality assurance testing. You will be expected to be a punctual individual who demonstrates a consistent level of attendance and upholds professional standards at all time. I deally you will have worked in the print industry as a slitting machine operator. Experience of reel to reel processes is desirable but not essential. In return you will be part of a growing company with a great reputation in the industry. Your basic salary will be £21500, and you will have the opportunity to work overtime which is paid at premium rates to increase your earning potential.
