Overview
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Business Optimisation Business Analyst to define analytical methodologies to evaluate the incrementality of business investments such as pricing promotions, based in Italy, UK, or Germany. The Business Optimisation Business Analyst will liaise with market and business functions to define how to report on incrementality and support strategies to improve investment effectiveness. Alongside supporting the adoption of the value-based pricing across the QVC international markets level. As the Business Optimisation Business Analyst, you will also be supporting the merchandising teams to adapt to pricing processes to embed the value-based pricing tools and approach. Monitor results and adjust article segmentation thresholds, suggest price reviews in order to improve margin. Job Description Details Key Accountabilities and skills required: * Support design of reports to track incrementality performances. * Support decision making on investment choices accordingly with analytical performance results. * Support merchandising team to introduce value-based pricing approach along the pricing processes. * Support other commercial finance related top projects defined at a future date. * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent understanding of the QVC business model. * Ability to influence decision making/Influence without authority. * The candidate for the role will be a qualified analyst * BS in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering. * Advanced Excel skills are required and knowledge of SAS, SQL or other analytical programs.
