As a Senior Technical Solution Analyst (TSA), in our Support Services team in London, you will play a key role in the troubleshooting and the tasks you perform will help businesses be more efficient and provide a better service to our clients. Support Services is a team dedicated to ensure the optimal performance of Cerner Millennium applications through 24x7x365 proactive monitoring, management and quick problem resolution. The Support Services team stands ready to provide direct and continuous support for the day-to-day operational management of Cerner applications. As a Senior Technical Solution Analyst, you will perform complex solution-related service request investigations, incident resolutions, application maintenance and be primarily responsible for providing troubleshooting support. Investigations via back-end methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers. In this role you will be required to have significant involvement in client communication, working with the Millennium Support Engineers, and IP Development personnel. This role requires prioritization of work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs whilst meeting the KPIs and Service standards. Whilst collaborating among other teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals. Joining a friendly, multi-cultural team, supporting different solutions and willing to share knowledge across several applications, providing a better service to our clients.
