Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Category Finance Manager position lies within the UKI Business Unit. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include planning & forecasting, financial analysis of key drivers, analysis of financial viability and delivery of innovation to ensure profitable delivery of the AOP and overall delivery of the commercial effectiveness agenda. You have full P&L responsibility, constantly looking to provide strategic & operational support to the marketing and commercial teams. In brief, you will be responsible for; Understanding the drivers of financial performance of the category, as well as explaining variances to forecast, AOP & last year Owning all financial analysis within the category: financial modeling, promotional strategy and impact, scenario analysis, investment business cases, price increases and innovation Being involved in all innovation processes with a financial impact, and conducting post-launch evaluations for all launches. Ensure that all innovation is financially viable and built on robust assumptions Together with the commercial controller and demand planning team, validate and review the sales forecast to highlight risks and opportunities Acting as the expert on financial performance of the category, including driving financial performance by highlighting improvement opportunities, reviewing marketing investment, leading the evaluation of marketing campaigns/marketing spend and driving financial awareness Qualifications Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred Previous experience of fast growth within Consumer Goods or Consulting, driving results through clear analysis Proven experience in strategic thinking, planning and stakeholder management is key An expert in Excel Experience with SAP is a plus Fluency in English is essential Professional Attributes Communication Skills o At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
