Overview
Job Description
We're looking for a self-motivated, results-orientated Finance Business Partner to join our growing business on a permanent basis. You'll have full responsibility for owning and managing key clients from a Finance Business Partner perspective. Working closely with the Operations Directors and liaising with customers and stakeholders, you'll oversee, analyse, provide reporting and support decision making to assist with executing our contracts. You'll be a subject matter expert with credibility and excellent financial acumen. You will be challenged to gain a detailed understanding of the contracts you are responsible for and ensuring they are well managed, resolving issues as you find them so. You will need to be resilient and determined, with an analytical mind and great communication skills to rise to these challenges. It will be rewarding to see your contribution in managing and supporting the contracts resulting in helping the business achieve its targets. You'll have experience of dealing with and understanding multiple contracts, with a good understanding of what they are telling you from a financial perspective. You'll be proficient in analysing financial data. You'll be results-driven, articulate, confident with excellent communication skills written and verbal. Working within a team of Finance Business Partners, you'll report directly into the Chief Finance Officer. As you will have allocated clients across the business there may be a requirement for UK travel but not on a regular basis.
