Job Description
What you will do OTC Administrator receives and actions incoming correspondence and cheques from customers in support of the Collections team. He/she is responsible for activities to facilitate and support the timely collection of cash from Johnson Controls customers. How you will do it * Collection of cash allocation post re PO Box 69 address from post office * Opening / reviewing customer correspondence received * Scanning received correspondence (to various OTC mail boxes in customer accounts, Direct Debit & Cash allocation and specific OTC Managers/Team leads. depending on nature of correspondence * Interactions with internal departments to ensure customer enquiries are effectively resolved and documented where appropriate * Focus on the delivery of an enhanced customer experience * To prioritise workload to ensure agreed objectives are achieved * To represent Bratislava OTC teams within local office where required * To ensure processes are followed and to work as designed to maximise efficiency * To undertake regular tasks/activities as requested by line manager, these are to include: * Action direct debit mandates received through post * Contract detail change requests * Action incoming post and correspondence * Action outgoing post with attachments in support of Bratislava OTC teams * Support cash allocation and cheque refund requests * To foster effective working relationships with the Bratislava OTC teams in order to ensure that mutual goals are recognised and focused upon * To achieve pre-determined performance targets * To ensure the JCI brands (including subsidiary brands) are actively promoted to customers at all time. What we look for Required * Initial Experience within an administrative / financial environment * PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Numerate with understanding of accounts * Structured working, able to complete repetitive tasks accurately * Self-disciplined and able to work independently * Eagerness to continuously review delivery of services to ensure delivery is always optimum * Accurate data entry skills Preferred * Experience supporting a remote team * Experience with the following systems: JDE Jwalk, Getpaid, CBS, Preview
