Job Description
Exciting Opportunity to be part of something Special Ward 26 is a 25 bedded Assessment Unit. Ward 26 has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate staff nurse to join our evolving team. Ward 26 is usually a frailty admissions unit, however due to the current pandemic we are currently operating as an acute admissions unit. Our patients are admitted to the unit day and night via the emergency department, GP or clinics referrals. We are proud to work within a close Multidisciplinary team to ensure each of our patient's needs are holistically met during their hospital admission. Patients that are admitted to the unit are of differing ages, comorbidities and acute medical complaints. The successful candidate will develop a variety of skills required to competently care for their patients.
