Overview
Job Description
You will assist in enabling the population resident within East Renfrewshire HSCP who have a primary diagnosis of learning disability to live a fully inclusive community life, minimising the impact of the learning disability or complex needs, and ensuring equal access to all health care and housing as other non-disabled residents. You will provide support and assistance to qualified staff providing services to adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs and function as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team within tier 3 service. It is essential you have experience in working with people with a learning disability, or evidence of advanced learning. The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
