Senior Product Lead - Mobile/Apps/UX

Job Description
* We are seeking a strong Product Lead with proven experience working with Mobile and Apps, to work with our dream product team in order to deliver best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading healthtech products. * Do you have a brilliant eye for UX, design and interaction? Five years ago, we brought together doctors, data-scientists and digital experts to create a new type of health app. One where anyone in the world could find personalised, medically-approved guidance, tools and support to help them feel better and stay healthy. Millions of downloads later, were the first app approved as a medical device (class 1), on our way to our goal: helping one billion people find their health . Responsibilities * Working directly with the CPO to help provide vision and direction to the product team and stakeholders throughout the business * Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on * Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product * Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities, mapping out end to end solutions * Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy * Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities * Use data to drive product design and develop a data driven environment Backed by philanthropists and major corporations, our team is now 80-strong and growing, as we find new ways to bring informed self-care to all, especially in the era of coronavirus Requirements * Previous working experience as a Product Owner with at least 7 years+ experience, ideally for an innovative brand/product-focused company. * Need to demonstrate a proven track record in bringing mobile apps to life (end to end process) * Proven ability to lead a team and scale * Strong UX background, preferably from within design * Knowledgeable of various product strategy frameworks * Building/nurturing a product team. * Creating a strategy and tooling process so that product managers can succeed. * Growing cross-functional collaboration, trust and camaraderie. * Working with the C-level execs on business/product/goal alignment.
