Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Salary: Unqualified: £21,002 - £22,953 per annum Qualified: £23,646 - £32,746 per annum (Depending on Skills and Qualifications) Campus: City Centre, Bath An exciting opportunity has emerged to join a thriving Health and Social Care team to deliver a range of qualifications including the preparation of the new T Levels in Health and Health Care Science. Bath College is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic lecturer with proven industry experience to join our journey to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment to adults and young people. Bath College Care Academy work in collaboration with a network of local sector professionals and practitioners to provide exciting opportunities for adults and young people. Focusing on the development of key employability skills to ensure successful careers in the health and social care sector. You will need to possess excellent communication, demonstrate proven experience of delivery good or outstanding learning experiences, demonstrate a creative and innovate approach to teaching, learning and assessment. You should demonstrate a good understanding of the structure of the Health & Social Care sector, and have relevant and recent sector workplace experience. You will also be responsible for progress reviewing, pastoral care, employer engagement and promoting the College to aid further growth of provision.
