Performance Manager Location: Tongwynlais, Cardiff Salary: £28,400 Per Annum Job Type: 12 Months Maternity Cover Are you interested in the opportunity to manage our clients team of Maintenance Planners and Administrators, ensuring that they deliver a high quality, right first-time service to their tenants? Our client is an award-winning organisation that currently owns and manages around 3,000 rented properties in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas. They are a subsidiary company which provides maintenance services a Housing Association and is built on an in-house contractor model, designed to drive quality customer services, whilst achieving substantial planned growth and expansion, potentially outside of the group. The Performance Manager Role They are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and innovative individual, to manage the office-based support function and lead the planning and administration team, in delivering an exceptional service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Performance Manager will be responsible for the works scheduling team that is paramount in the delivery of an effective and efficient maintenance service to their tenants. You will also be responsible for producing reports, discussing findings, and suggesting improvements, whilst also leading on finance and fleet services. This pivotal role will also provide a confidential and efficient administration service to the Management team and will also attend and service their quarterly board meetings. Requirements for the Performance Manager Role This is a demanding and challenging role and you should enjoy working effectively under your own initiative and managing a very busy workload within a high call volume environment. You must also be flexible in your approach, an effective team player with great customer service and communication skills and a great role model with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing team. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
