Performance Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Intelligence, Power BI, Business Reporting, Excel, Data Analyst, Power Query, Dashboards Job: BI Analyst / Performance Reporting Analyst Location: Cardiff Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Potentially negotiable D.O.E) final salary pension Our ambitious highly regarded client, a global leader in their industry are looking for a Performance Reporting Analyst to help the organisation make intelligent business decisions and embrace the use of data as part of their large-scale digital transformation. Data is key in this organisation and they are looking to use data sources to improve their services and in turn their overall performance. They are at the beginning of their Power BI journey; and whilst they have some experienced data professionals in their team it is fairly new to the organisation. They are about to invest in the premium product and will use extensive functionality in order to create exciting, industry defining reports that will helps them ultimately deliver on their objectives. They are ideally looking for some with Power BI skills who can help create dashboard and build intelligent reports. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a real change in a high-profile organisation with a chance to carve out your own progression path in a fairly new team that is central to the business's growth and success. Skills and experience: Strong experience with Excel and an understanding of data principles. Experience creating reports and dashboards and using it to provide insight and making smart decisions. Experience visualising data with analytical /statistical techniques. Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
