Our Exciting Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Customer facing Program Manager, with a solid track record in managing projects (presales and execution) to join our team. The Program Manager will be empowered to take full ownership of their projects/portfolios and will be motivated to demonstrate their value at the front end of our business, with strong emphasis on business case development, planning and control, team leadership and building customer relationships. You will, * Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities * Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & critical issues * Handle customer & partner engagement: manage customer relationship, building confidence & trust, ensure project progress, arranging meetings & customer events * Develop the business: participate to contract preparation & pre-sales activities plus drive additional business growth * Contribute to the Network Services Build Strategy development and execution: simplify processes, methods & tools with innovative ideas and industry standard methodology To be successful in the role you have * Track record of Senior Partners management * Proven Project/Programme Management skills / Manging multiple programmes * General understanding of the telecom network domain * Knowledge of Telco OSS Platform with RAN OSS platform interfaces/technology * Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment * Continuous Service Improvement background Qualifications & Experience Requirements * Degree in Business or Engineering field What's in it for you?
