We've never had a greater opportunity to inspire change; setting the bar for technology to be inclusive and accessible; empowering an intelligent, sustainable, and connected world. **Are you in?** ## Our Exciting Opportunity The Framework improvement Lead is responsible to manage and supervise the implementation, adherence and efficiency of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Operational readiness requirements (ORR) at Group IT in Ericsson. You will play a key role in Group IT as the driver and coordinator of ISMS and other compliance requirements with a high degree of interaction with key IT stakeholders, Corporate Audit and EGMS Ericsson Group Management System. Main objective is to ensure that ISMS and compliance requirements are coordinated into relevant strategies, roadmaps and processes. Your daily activities and work will be based on specific Corporate Policies, Group Instructions, Customer Requirements and International standards, legal requirements, such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, SOX etc. ## You will, * To define a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) compliance management and ISMS plan for Group IT including the ISMS objectives, deliverables and activities to successfully implement Information Security on a yearly basis. * Be an important part of Ericsson's continuous implementation of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series standards, including preparing Group IT for yearly audits / certifications against ISO/IEC 27001. * To report ISMS status to IT Governance Forums, IT Security Management and Ericsson Corporate Audit. * To measure the efficiency of ISMS throughout the Group IT landscape and perform quarterly Management Reviews for Ericsson IT LT. ## To be successful in the role you are * Communication skills, as the role involves extensive interaction with internal and external partners * Experience with regulatory requirements such as e.g. SOX, information security or IT security standards, Ericsson steering document * Bachelors Degree * Certifications needed : ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certified, COBIT Foundation certified and ITIL v3 Foundation certified ## What's in it for you?
