Job Description
We are seeking to appoint someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, a good communicator and have the skills to be able to encourage, support and guide the process of learning within our Nursery. They will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Early Years Childcare and have experience of working with young children. The successful candidate will be working with children from 2 to 4 years of age. We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming smile, able to inspire the children and make every child feel special. The ability to join in with the children, no matter how silly the task, and have fun and laughter in the workplace is also important. We are a warm and welcoming team and are seeking to appoint a special person who enjoys teamwork and collaboration. The hours of this role are flexible up to 40 hours per week, either working from 7am with a flexible finish time or working until 7.00pm with a flexible start time, Monday to Friday, for 52 weeks per year. We are able to accommodate flexible working and are happy to discuss the specific hours worked at interview. The salary for this role is up to £21,819 per annum (based on an hourly rate of £10.49).
