Job Description
An outstanding opportunity for a driven graduate to join an Award Winning Global energy brokerage based in Wandsworth, London. After initial training, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing client accounts and will take pride in developing these business relationships to further expand our business offering and services provided. If you enjoy building relationships and know you are a confident communicator, able to build rapport over the phone and in person, then you may well have what it takes to excel in the world of interdealer broking. We are working with clients in the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands and Nordic area so any foreign languages to compliment these regions will be a huge bonus. Responsibilities will include: * Promoting the services and products of the business. * Identifying potential customers, introducing yourself and developing strong relationships with clients to grow the business and our market share * Consolidating existing business through building superior relationships with clients * Distributing relevant prices to clients via phone and messenger * Identifying interesting trading opportunities to your clients * Thinking critically & communicating clearly with clients and colleagues * Ensuring attention to detail to minimise errors * Any ad hoc business support when required Requirements * Bachelors Degree * Experience in a communicative client facing role is advantageous * Strong customer focused, business development/sales potential * Excellent and articulate communication ability * Confident, professional and approachable persona * Strong IT skills * Focused, goal-oriented and driven to succeed * Money motivated * Willing to travel for work to entertain clients (all on company credit card!) * Outgoing and confident * Skilled with languages * Fluent Italian/French/Spanish/German language capabilities is a plus Benefits * Competitive salary + uncapped commissions * Pension matching as part of auto-enrolment * 29 days holiday plus 4 bank holidays * Ongoing training and development; we want you to be the best you can be * Work in leafy Wandsworth, with free breakfast and a stunning new office space If you have the relevant energy background or career experience skill sets and would like to know more about the above opportunity, then please apply now.
