Job Description
Head of Sales Richmond Villages 70,000 ( 30% Bonus) National - Travel to offices in Southam and London required (as well as travel across all Villages with significant time required in new developments) As the Head of Sales, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, Finance Director and Head of Marketing to develop and improve Richmond Villages' national and regional sales strategy. Ensuring that each village understands their targets and has the guidance and support to achieve them. About the role * You'll undertake the line management of the property sales teams in each village, setting targets and monitoring the progress of achieving these * Forecasting sales predications and monitoring shifts in the market (nationally and regionally), you'll co-ordinate sales reports and plans. Working with the Finance Director, you'll ensure financial planning for sales is robust, achievable and will deliver against company profit projections * Along with the Head of Marketing, you'll ensure each village has a significant presence in their communities - identifying potential opportunities and using these to our advantage * Working closely with the Managing Director to maintain our relationship with ARCO, you'll ensure our sales team achieve compliance against ARCO standards and HRMC Anti Money Laundering requirements * Working with the Senior Leadership team, you'll develop launch sales, pricing and incentive strategies for our new build developments. - leading on implementation and monitoring progress. * You'll also work with development teams to review new opportunities, helping to accurately predict future sales prices and popularity of units. Who we're looking for * With an exemplary track record of delivering significant sales figures, you'll have previous experience in the property sales market and experience of managing a sales team (either directly or indirectly). * Comfortable working under pressure, you're a confident influencer and negotiator - able to demonstrate your great customer care skills and with the ability to solve complex problems strategically with a commercial mindset. * You'll provide motivational leadership, using your great communication skills - you're an approachable line manager - who's happy working with people at all levels. * Ideally, you'll have knowledge of the Health and Social Care Legislation in the UK and an understanding of the regulatory framework. * You'll need a current and valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
