Working in our fulfilment centre you will have an opportunity to see different aspects of the business that would not normally be seen when working in a standard Community Pharmacy. Using your in-depth pharmacy knowledge and experience you will help lead a dynamic team and deliver the high standard of service expected by our customers! Objectives * Builds great relationships with Customers * Builds effective health professional relationships (Inc. GPs) * Promotes Well's pharmacy services to external healthcare professionals * Delivers financial targets and the balanced scorecard for the pharmacy * Ensures team members are compliant to all internal processes and trained to appropriate levels * Articulates the reason for change and coaches their team through change effectively * Creates awareness of and opportunities for new roles * Adopts & implements new ways of working in the pharmacy. * Completes their own professional development.
