Our digital dispensary is based in our National Distribution Centre where you will have an opportunity to see different aspects of the business that would not normally be seen when working in a standard Community Pharmacy. We're looking for a well organised and commercially focused individual who is great at building relationships and a strong clinical leader. You will use your in-depth pharmacy knowledge and experience to lead a dynamic team and help deliver the high standard of service expected by our customers! Objectives * Builds great relationships with Customers * Builds effective health professional relationships (Inc. GPs) * Promotes Well's pharmacy services to external healthcare professionals * Delivery of commercially viable Pharmacy Services appropriate for the community * Delivers tailored healthcare services/plans/advice/product recommendations for their Customers * Delivers financial targets and the balanced scorecard for the store * Ensures team members are compliant to all internal processes and trained to appropriate levels * Articulates the reason for change and coaches their team through change effectively * Creates awareness of and opportunities for new roles * Adopts & implements new ways of working in the pharmacy. * Completes their own professional development.
