Your role in a nutshell This role will provide valuable support for The Body Shop At Home systems globally.Supportingand assisting the Global Systems Development and CI Manager for The Body Shop At Home with project and system maintenance support. Supporting the the development and implementation of future proof system features and functions that drive business development strategy and reflect channel demands and requirements. More about the role Primary Accountabilities: TBSAH SYSTEM - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GOALS & STRATEGIC SYSTEM MANAGEMENT * Work with upline managers and the wider team to maximise system utilisation in ways that will support business profitability and effectively drive the TBSAH field to maximise sales * Track and report on the Business Management Systems development roadmap. Work with upline managers, IT and Jenkon/ Exigo to ensure all features and functions are defined and delivered in line with business requirements and project budget. * Support the process to capture of business process improvements, transition these into business requirements. Work with the project management team and Systems Managers to refine requirements, assess functional specifications, provide feedback and recommendations for approval. * Assist in the review and finalisation of functional requirement documents, and lead approved implementation of system changes in line with business goals * Work with IT and the wider TBSAH team to support the ongoing improvement of the existing systems and identify system enhancements and process improvements for performance roll out. Consider / review new features in the new platform ensuring these align with global business strategy and goals * Support upline management, the wider TBSAH teams and testing teams with test planning and accurate results tracking. Provide clear and concise reporting to all relevant parties. * Drive Consultant engagement in the management systems business management features and functions. Work with TBSAH Training team to ensure the system is a key part of overall business training and support in the development of appropriate support materials. * Work collaboratively with Ecommerce departments locally and internationally to engage TBSAH appropiate projects. Maximise channel engagement and support omni-channel customer experience. * Assist where necessary in ensuring all business systems are effectively configured to support all sales and promotional plans and consultant promotional activity to deliver the business sales plan. * Assist in the development and delivery of training for new team members and or new teams in new TBSAH markets so they can manage daily operations effectively * Ensure the system is effectively configured to meet all measurement and reporting requirements for both the internal business and the external sales force. * Work as a key support for with international teams on the delivery of key projects CAREER PLANS & INTERNATIONAL SPONSORING * Ensure there is consistency between field facing and system configuration documentation, and where there is not, provide solutions to rectify * Work with international teams to support International Sponsoring - work cross functional with Operations and Sitel to support system queries and changes related to sponsoring, OTHER * Commercially controls spend within your specific remit, working creatively and in a SMART way to reduce both overall costs whilst increasing efficiency * To perform other related duties as assigned or requested * Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including
