Job Description
Drainage Engineer Permanent Location: London Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus overtime Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 About the Company: Our client are offering a fully qualified Drainage engineer (with NVQ level 2 Plumbing) an excellent opportunity to work on a number of contracts in London and the surrounding area. They are currently actively growing their organisation and are looking for a highly-skilled and enthusiastic candidate with experience in plumbing and drainage to join them on a permanent basis and who is willing to deliver a first class repairs service for a variety of our clients. Drainage Engineer Duties: * Day-to-day responsive repairs * property maintenance and refurbishments * Programmed maintenance (ppm) * Servicing and repairs * Drainage jetting, CCTV surveys and drain repairs * General plumbing (reactive and planned works) Drainage Engineer Requirements: * Qualified plumber (City and Guilds / level 2 NVQ) * CSCS card, High Pressure Water Jetting card, Confined Spaces certificate * Certified in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling * High Pressure Water Jetting experience * Electro-mechanical equipment experience * Good Knowledge in CCTV equipment * Excellent Health and Safety knowledge * Availability to work on a 24hr callout rota (1 in 3) - rota issued monthly in advance * Valid clean UK driving license Desired but not essential * Drain lining/patch repair experience * Capable of excavation method of repairs Drainage Engineer Benefits: * Attractive salary * Van supplied (with drainage van pack supplied) * Fuel card * Uniform provided * Training offered to ensure high standards are met * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Extra financial remuneration for call outs and over time If you feel you are suitable for the Drainage Engineer position, please apply now.
