Your new role As a building surveyor in the role of Operational Property Surveyor, you will take responsibility for planned maintenance, condition surveying, specification of works and contract management. You will bring your technical expertise to domestic property management by delivering schemes of improvements, identify, specify and manage maintenance, and procure, authorize and cost manage budgets for works. What you'll need to succeed You will be educated to degree or equivalent level in Building Surveying or Construction Management or similar. You will have experience with property surveying and residential housing, as well as a good understanding of health and safety, relevant legislation and a flexible, can-do attitude.
