Details QA Process Administrator Shift: Core hours will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, however availability flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business Hours: 37.5 An opportunity has arisen within our UK QA team in Knowsley for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who is passionate about working as part of a team, but can also work comfortably on their own. As a QA Process Administrator you will support; the efficient daily management (updating, monitoring and maintenance) of the QA IT systems to support all QA workflows processes to ensure agreed SLA is adhered to and not exceeded. Manage all product related information and documentation (both electronic and hard copies). Daily management of vendor QA samples arriving into QVC warehouse: collection, recording, logging into QA systems, distribution to relevant department, Return to Vendor or Buyer where required. Retrieval, recording & distribution of customer returned samples for QA review, distribution of these to tests laboratories, vendors etc. Ordering of QVC equipment for vendor use e.g. ring mandrels. To set-up all products on the relevant systems, and input data from product specification cards, ensuring 100% accuracy. To provide plausible check of master data and article attributes/description data including LD. Make any product amendments on appropriate systems. Training of vendors and buying teams regarding the process how to provide the correct product information data. Complete validation of appropriate product data & supporting documentation in order to complete QA Approval/release of items. Use the data provided from buying teams, such as cost prices, delivery dates, Spec cards in order to update systems. If you have strong organisation skills, work methodically, are able to use your own initiative and can think on your feet then this is definitely the role for you. You will be expected to prioritise and manage your workload effectively. As part of the role you will liaise with vendors to retrieve QA documentationand the buying teams regarding product information, updating teams on any changes or issues that arise so strong communication is essential. You will need to be analytical, able to understand data along with experience of creating reports. PC proficiency is essential. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential, in particular Word and Excel. The successful individual will have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Thorough knowledge of Item Master is essential as is knowledge of Hyperion, ISS, SAP and Tableau.
