Business Systems Support - ERP & BI South Yorkshire I'm currently looking for a Business Systems enthusiast to support my clients business critical ERP & Business Intelligence systems. This is a diverse and varied position responsible for the core systems across the business. The main focus within the Business Systems Support role will be to investigate, analyse and document improvement requirements across the UK business functions, and sometimes internationally too. This role will involve the collaboration and support with other teams across the business as well as data management, providing user documentation and supporting end users. This is a customer facing role so you will have the opportunity to engage with multiple business functions and be able to really get involved in the systems side of things. To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate the following; Knowledge and exposure to ERP systems Knowledge of business processes - sales, manufacturing, financials & CRM Data management - SQL, Crystal Reports, SSIS, SSRS Knowledge of ITIL would be beneficial This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Support Analyst to join a company who are really focusing on technology to drive their business forward.
