Job Description

A global FMCG organisation is seeking an Interim HR & People Data, Insights & Analytics lead to support their global People Analytics functions. The hiring manager had the following to say about the assignment "the people analytics function is critical to the strategic direction of HR and execution of a viable people strategy. This role is key to ensure we can put together critical insights based on HR data for the HR leadership and Executive board to evaluate". Reporting into the Global Director of Analytics, your remit will be pull together specific HR data (for example D&I, Gender balance, Mobility etc) from multiple regions and translate data trends or information into actionable insights. This include trend analysis, light statistical modelling, root cause evaluation and providing general commentary on HR data and design a narrative that can be effectively evaluated by the Group HR Director and Executive Board. The key skills and experience required are: * Track-record of business partnering with HR and People functions to provide data insights and reporting to a high standard - particularly with actionable insight * Ability to plan, sequence and coordinate data collection from multiple regions and locations; * Demonstrable experience of high quality report writing, particularly for Executive-level stakeholders in HR / People functions * Experience or understanding of how to create an iterative approach to People insight reporting This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of the most progressive HR analytics and HR data functions currently operating in the UK.
