You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. You need the right approach and attitude - thoughtfulness, kindness, a person and personal centred approach. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable spending time in the company of others. We need you to be a driver with access to your own transport - to enable the nip to the shops or out and about!
