Join the CityFibre team and help us bring Britain up to speed! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? This role can be home based, but you must have the flexibility to be in London with customers as required. As our Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial management of one of CityFibre's largest Mobile Customers, driving sustained growth across mobile backhaul, with a focus on small cell densification opportunities while impressing the customer through the internal coordination a differentiated service and partnership experience. Responsibilities will also include: * Leading and co-coordinating a team of sales and support colleagues in the execution of a customer-agreed, strategic account development plan * Leading all commercial aspects of the customer relationship including but not limited to billing, contract change controls, contract notifications and negotiations, commercial reporting, opportunity qualification and joint venture teaming (both specific bid opportunities and strategic initiatives) * Leading the commercial delivery of the existing mobile backhaul contract, including the negotiation of future work package orders, Small cell densification opportunities and Colocation orders * Co-coordinating executive engagement across UK and Group Boards to ensure continued long-term, strategic alignment * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy, both within the account and with the end users of services, by maintaining strong professional standards and driving internal teams to deliver a differentiated, personal, agile, precise and transparent experience WHAT WILL YOU BRING? You'll have extensive experience working in account leadership roles focusing on large, complex and distributed customers with time spent working on specific mobile backhaul opportunities or projects. It's essential you have a broad commercial skillset across strategic analysis, business planning, project analysis, relationship development, commercial finance, transaction negotiation and customer service. You'll also need: * Strong sales leadership skills, with a with a track record for co-coordinating and motivating a commercial team to execute tenaciously, against an agreed plan * Excellent and relevant market knowledge and the ability to develop strategic relationships will be hugely important to the success of this role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Analytical, lateral and quick thinking with good intuition and judgement * A highly strategic mindset, with an ability to identify new opportunities, commercial approaches or operational changes that provide strategic advantage * Ability to work closely with internal and customer delivery teams - must understand the processes and challenge with a 'continuous improvement' mindset * Ability to present with gravitas and confidence to large groups
