Support Worker Mental Health Swansea £8.21 - 10ph Holiday Pay and Pension Contributions If you are passionate about providing care and support to others to help brighten their day, then we want to hear from you BS Social Care has over 20 years of experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees. Our roles include supporting individuals with mental health issues, autism, learning difficulties and multiple complex needs. Your duties will include, but will not be exclusive to, providing general support, providing one to one support, taking service users out in to the community, promoting independence and assisting with personal care and meal preparation. The ideal candidate will be able to work various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined. Applicants must have six months of up to date experience in the health and social care sector. A form of restraint training is extremely desirable and access to your own vehicle is also desirable. Candidates who have an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service are very desirable however, this is not essential at this stage.
