An opportunity has arisen to join our team in Honingham on a permanent full time basis. The successful candidates will act as a key support for the Regional Agronomy Manager and the central contact point for Anglia Farmers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring any issues are communicated back to Anglia Farmers in a timely manner. Provide a dedicated service within a wide range of responsibilities in a regional admin and site support capacity Principal Accountabilities Anglia Farmers Co-ordinator * Central contact point for crop related Anglia Farmers orders and enquiry's * Sole responsibility for accepting orders and forwarding onto regional depot's for distribution, ensuring relevant depots have available stock / capabilities to perform delivery with respective stores person * Acknowledge by return to Anglia Farmers any delivery issues * Co-ordinate day to day Anglia Farmer orders within agreed forecast limits Regional Inputs Admin Support Key area of role will take most of the time should come before AF * Regional pricing - continue existing pricing responsibilities with the addition of specific pricing for agreed customers * Agronomy agreements * Set up New accounts * Revocations * SIP/SAP/SUP updates * Central contact point for monitoring team forecasts and in season product requirements * Co-ordinating regional Demonstration and Development sites. * Co-ordinating regional events * Co-ordinate manufacturing briefings * Organizing team agronomy technical meetings * Co-ordinating local farmer meetings * Management of all Frontier Farmer Academy activity * Support Regional Agronomy Manager with managing regional agronomy development and ongoing growth. * Developing a strong regional Frontier agronomy identity with Regional Agronomy Manager and Frontier Marketing Dept. * Contacting growers direct in support of Regional Agronomy Manager initiatives * Developing relationships and opportunities with industry stakeholders, Natural England, regional and national research centres, Catchment Sensitive Farming and the Environment Agency * Liaise with Frontier Marketing department as required in organizing promotional products & literature * Responsibility for managing the regional stores stock levels " Forecasting, monitoring sales and communicating requirements to stores & purchasing Site Support * Approve invoice items as required within authority level * Support the Crop Protection Administration Manager and Regional Agronomy Manager as required * Support the Storekeeper during peak season in addition to the Site Administrators assistance * Day to day support to the Site Administrator * Provide holiday and absence cover for both the Storekeeper and Site Administrator when other resources are not available * Participate in site Health and Safety meetings Knowledge and Skills * Ability to communicate with impact at every level * Demonstrated problem solving ability * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office * Proven ability to manage a full workload * Exceptional organisational and administrative skills * Good written communication skills * Ability to work independently using own initiative without supervision and co-operatively with colleagues and customers. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to Swaffham Site Administrator * Flexible approach to working hours Attitudes & Values * Focused on using skill, training and experience to the benefit of the customer * Working to put the customer at the heart of everything we do * Focused on doing the right thing for customers, colleagues and ourselves. * Self motivated and tenacious * Flexible approach to working hours and managing changing priorities * An effective team player * Solution focused * Promote equality and diversity through your attitude and behaviour Why work for Frontier?
