JOB DESCRIPTION Regional Sales Trainer required to train & coach our sales teams. We are a company who sells directly to our customers (B2C), the role has a diverse remit to reflect this. The Regional Sales Trainer, Trainer in Sales or Sales & Coaching Trainer will cover, sales techniques & financial products sold by the company, alongside updating with any new products or finance options introduced. What the Role is To train on Sales Technique Training, Product Training, Product development and Finance Training Responsible for all aspects of sales and finance training for a dedicated region, covering and not limited to new starter training and ongoing sales support for sales teams Be fully competent and up to date on all products including finance products and compliance To regularly report on and review the sales performance of the sales force on a Regional, Showroom and individual basis Feedback to the Regional Sales Manager regarding the level of skills of individuals attending training and further training requirements for the success of the region. What We Need A Leader – To lead and inspire the Sales Teams within the region and who can identify sales training requirements to drive performance A Trainer – Who can carry out & contribute to new material & optimise bespoke training needs as required by individuals or teams, with experience and/or L&D qualifications A Creator – To contribute to conceptualise & creating new content & how best to implement An Analyst – Who is used to monitoring & report on sales performance and conversion rates against regional targets and adjusting training plans accordingly to drive performance What We Offer Excellent Salary Company Car or Car Allowance Staff Benefits Staff Purchase Scheme Please click to apply.
