As Clinical Computing Lead you will play a key role in providing clinical computing support to a range of clinical services. You will be qualified to degree level and will have a proven track record in software engineering, including a range of platforms and applications, device interfacing, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of quality management is desirable. Your responsibilities include managing a small team of staff in developing and maintaining clinical database applications, connected medical device systems administration, image analysis software, and the acquisition of data from clinical instrumentation. You will liaise closely with eHealth for networked clinical systems. We are looking to expand our clinical computing team and provide systems administration support to a range of connected medical device systems across NHS Lothian; you will play a key role achieving this.
