Job Description

Experienced bicycle mechanic to join our team and manage the workshop side of our business. Managing and motivating a small team, you will be a proficient bike mechanic who works with pace and precision, ensuring the daily production targets are met, and produced to a very high standard. You will be good at working to tight schedules and the maturity to lead by example. Key Responsibilities * Managing a busy cargo bike workshop * Assembling Cargo and e-Cargo bikes * Managing a small team of mechanics * Ordering parts and supplies 5 days week. Salary dependend on experience. Requirements * Experience within a similar environment or Senior Bike Mechanic role * Able to demonstrate team management and motivational skills. Capable of creating structure and organisation * E-assist maintenance, diagnostics and knowledge (preferred) * Fully conversant with the complete mechanics of a bicycle (essential) * Tech savvy, a competent user of computers * Excellent timekeeping * Take exceptional pride in your work with strong attention to detail * A good communicator, as you will be expected to liaise with customers and the sales team, as well as provide clear information and instructions to your team * 3-year checkable history * You must be eligible to work in the UK Benefits Workplace Pension Cycle to work scheme 28 days holiday (pro rata inclusive of bank holidays) Staff disscounts
