Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is working with a reputable brand based in Bournemouth, Dorset, with the requirement to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy finance function and work within a driven and forward thinking finance team. Within this role you will work closely with multiple departments across the business. In order to business partner effectively, some infrequent travel may be required. This organisation offers scope for progression and strong benefits including extended holiday allowance. Reporting to a senior finance figure, the successful candidate will be responsible for: * Prepare and review of year end accounts, including consolidations * Prepare annual and quarterly budgets and spend reports before presenting to internal stakeholders * Manage and mentor small finance team to ensure tight deadlines are met * Continuously improve working practices and procedures where required You will need: * An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification * Previous team management experience * Previous experience working at a similar seniority, ideally within a large organisation Please note that although CMA are actively reviewing applications for this role, given the current situation the client recruitment process may take longer than usual.
