Job Description
UK Controls Manager required for a leading HVAC manufacturer. Basic to £65K + Bonus & Car. Ideally located in Newcastle, Leeds, St. Albans or Basildon. A well established, leading edge HVAC manufacturer with a long term vision to invest and develop products is looking for a UK Controls Manager to develop their Controls offering. This company has a great brand, a good support network, and the security of working for one of the most successful companies in the sector. Long term, there are excellent career progression and training opportunities for the right person. THE ROLE - UK Controls Manager * Develop a long term plan to understand customer control requirements and how the company currently meets these requirements and areas for development. * Working with customers and other senior commercial staff to deliver the above plan. * Initially there are a number of jobs that need support, so it would be a hands on role in terms of providing the correct control options, and ensuring they're designed, project managed and commissioned correctly. * Help to build up the controls division to be best in class in the sector. * Long term, the focus would be on development of the products. PERSON: - UK Controls Manager The main prerequisite for this role is drive and ambition. Secondly, this person would have to have a great knowledge of controls and commercial HVAC products. Lastly, there is a degree of travel in this role, so you must be prepared to spend some of the week away from home on a regular basis. PACKAGE: - UK Controls Manager Basic to £65K Bonus c£20K 25 days holiday Pension Medical insurance Car allowance or company car. THE LOCATION - UK Controls Manager There is regular travel across the UK, and Europe. You can live anywhere in England, ideally within 1 hour of the M1 or A1. Good locations are: St. Albans, Basingstoke, Basildon, Leeds, York, Newcastle or Nottingham.
