We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Consumer Marketing organization. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of peak events support through Outbound marketing in EU marketplaces. Toward our North Star to drive customer engagement and long-term value for Amazon, your primary focus is to maximize the impact and efficiency of our Outbound marketing messages during the high visibility and high velocity period such as Prime Day and Black Friday. You will reach millions of Amazon customers by utilizing our automated tools and peak engagement programs. You will build strategy to drive customer engagement and to achieve key business initiatives using Outbound marketing messages, and continuously seek data and customer insight-driven approaches for further improvement through experiments. This role provides high visibility and exposure, and is a great opportunity build your network. You will coordinate with Deals/Event team as well as other marketing channels, local marketing teams and other business teams in EU to develop outbound marketing plan for peak events in line with Amazon's core marketing strategy. In addition, you will be global thought leader on peak event messaging strategy and drive WW alignment. You will invent and simplify to adjust the strategy to adapt local-specific requirements and to address key business initiatives, especially for emerging marketplaces. You will drive postmortem to identify opportunities to double down and to further improve. This position can be based in London, Munich, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan or Paris. Role responsibilities: Build Outbound marketing strategy for peak events to contribute to the marketplace and company-wide strategic business goals Execute the Outbound marketing plan by leveraging automated tools and peak event email program. Improve the program to drive long-term customer engagement and invent/simplify the process to achieve operational efficiency. Develop experiment plans based on learnings and customer insights from previous events to maximize the incrementality of event messaging via Outbound channel. Lead global peak event messaging strategy through close collaboration with WW Outbound teams. Foster global best practice exchange. Support other business teams to utilize Outbound programs for their direct-to-consumer communication during peak events. Deliver challenging goals to drive both revenue and customer engagement for the Outbound channel during peak events. Deliver postmortem to senior leadership to report on the performance, learnings, and opportunities for next events.
