Esseco UK specialises in the manufacture of ammonia salts and is a major supplier to both the domestic and international markets. Esseco UK has grown substantially over the last 20 years and continues to grow through investment and development of its core skills and technologies. Esseco UK is a fully owned subsidiary of the Esseco Group. The role: Reporting to the Esseco UK Finance Director you will take responsibility for leading the finance function, overseeing all aspects of management reporting and financial accounting including month end accounts & reports and year-end statutory accounting. You will also be involved in contributing to the company financial strategy and decision-making process and when established in the role there will be opportunity to be involved in projects across the wider business. Alongside the Finance Director you will shape and develop the finance function and its impact across the organisation. About you: You will be a fully qualified accountant who is ambitious, passionate, enthusiastic and inquisitive in nature. You will have a balance of financial and commercial accounting skills with strong leadership abilities and will ideally have a background in manufacturing or a stock-based industry sector.
