Job Description
From September 2020, an excellent school in Calderdale are looking to recruit a part time class teacher, to cover a fixed term period in Year 1 for the Autumn Term. Standards here are impeccable and will need to be reflected and replicated thought the term by the successful applicant. You will have a natural flair and passion for teaching in Key Stage 1, and be prepared to commit to ensure rewarding, child centred outcomes. You will be tasked with the responsibility for the teaching, learning and development of the children in your care, whilst under the direction of the school leadership team. Observing and implementing school policies will form part of your daily routine which, from an outcomes perspective, will all be for the benefit of the progress of the children and the bigger school-wide picture. There is a sense of unity in school, which is cascaded from SLT to all staff and children. If you are a nurturing teacher, who will stop at nothing to make sure that you are being the best teacher you can be, then you will flourish here.
